I made this comic with Comic Life. As you know, Comic Life is a easy comic program in mac and is very fun to use. You may use all these amazing speech bubbles, cool panels, and almost everything you can think of. I made this comic with a lot of care. We used vocab in the school blog to finish this comic. I had a lot of fun this weekend. I played with my friends with all sorts of things at Saturday. TV, computer, and etc. Sunday, I went to church and played there. We even watched a movie called Nodame something something. It was about this orchestra and everything. It was made in Japan. When I think of my weekend… I think it was boing after all. ( Forget about what I said in my 1st sentence.)
* What is Brendan’s dilemma?
1. Brendan’s dilemma is whether or not to listen to his dad and lie if no one gets hurt or do the opposite and tell his father what he thinks about lying.
* Have you ever seen an adult or friend do something you felt wasn’t right? What did you do? How did it make you feel?
2. It was when my sister got a children’s ticket at Korea in the subway when she was in middle school. She was suppose to get a adult because it was according to the law in Korea.
* Do you think Brendan should try to talk to his Dad again about his lying at the movies?
3. Yes, because kids learn from adults and the kid’s kid (when he gets older) might learn from that.
* Who might Brendan have hurt by cheating on his quiz?
4. He might have hurt his parent’s feeling because he cheated and made his parents disappointed.
* Brendan’s Dad said it was okay to be dishonest if no one was hurt. Who do you think might have been hurt by his lying at the movie ticket office?
5. It could have hurt the economy and the government by not listening to the rules and paying less.
* Have you ever felt like doing (or have you actually done) the “wrong thing” because you felt like it was worth it? Do you still feel that it was worth it?
6. It was when I thought pretending to be sick would make me go home and not do the test. I think it was not worth it because I couldn’t go play with my friends because my mom thought I was sick.
I was here in computer class for about a month and so far, its great. Its easy and made new friends here. It told me more about computer and how fun it is to use it. We had a lot of thing going on here since past month. We did Comic Life, Photo Booth, Garage Band, and so on. They were really fun and learned how to use the Mac. I learned all kinds of apple keys and how to enjoy boring stuff. Without a computer, I think i can’t even last few more minutes. Thanks Appleworks!
We used the program called Comic Life in computer class. Its fun and a easy program. You also may also send your pictures from Photo Booth to this program. You can do all you want in this program! Cool speech bubbles, cool different fonts and etc……. We took our pictures from Photo Booth and send it to Comic Life. From Comic Life, we exported it. Some pictures were taken from the internet. I think all these things are for our educations. We can even meet our friends here when we are bored. Mostly, I think is when you have a question to ask and if you do not know his/her phone, I think this is the easiest thing to do. I think I can help people out online in this “educational” stuff. I think this a good chance to do more good things to others.
I think I can’t add more to the Blogging rule. I can’t think of anything else. All I think are in the blogging rule. Well, I think the blogging rule is complete! Wait a second….I think can think of something… Treat others the way you want them to treat you!
Comic Life is a program on the mac that can make comics online. You may go on Photo Booth and paste your pictures. You may even go on internet and put pictures you found online, too. It has good graphics. It has all sorts of talking bubble and the formats. Comic Life is easy to use. First you might get mixed up and goof up, but you will get used to it. My 1st made comic life was called,”IMMY’S FACE.” It was a lot of fun. I think its funny, but you might not like it. I hope you enjoy!
